*We conducted a survey of 1,400 IT, business, and OT decision makers across six countries in late 2024. Workers were based in the US, UK, France, Germany, Australia, and Singapore.
AI is no longer an experimental tool used by a few early adopters. IT teams are now using AI daily to automate tasks, predict system failures before they happen, and even drive strategic decisions. AI is a key part of the race to stay ahead — companies that don’t invest in it, are at risk of being left behind in the fast-evolving tech landscape.
In fact, 97% of survey respondents believe there are consequences for not embracing AI, the biggest ones being: • falling behind competitors (26%), and • higher costs due to lack of automation (25%)
